Management and Economic Informatics

The mission of the department is to satisfy the training requirements of future economists, specialized in fields of activity such as management, business administration, economic informatics, in correlation with the labour needs of economic agents working in these vital fields for the contemporary economy.
The department coordinates six study programmes, of which three bachelor’s degree programmes (Management / Business Administration-taught in English / Economic Informatics) and three master’s degree programmes (Management and Business Strategies / Integrated Business Information Systems / Management and Business Strategies - MBA type).
The staff of the department consists of 16 teaching staff members, a secretary and a laboratory assistant. 15 of the teaching staff members hold the scientific title of doctor, and in 2017 there were 4 professors, 4 associate professors, 6 lecturers and one assistant lecturer.
The team members, specialized in areas such as management, business administration and economics, conduct complex technical and economic studies, interdisciplinary, business consulting.
